We currently charge £13.50 per hour for the hire of Harby Village Hall for individual events. Regular users are charged £11.50 per hour.

Online booking system
We are now using the Hallmaster system to manage our bookings. The calendar below shows current bookings and new ones can be requested by clicking on the ‘+’ symbol against the day the hall is required. The first time you do this you will by asked to create an account and password before you are taken to the booking form. Bookings can be made for individual or recurring events.

This provides a clear explanation of most elements of the booking form, but we have provided some supplementary information below the calendar on how to use ‘Additional (Line) Items’ section of the form to specify which parts of the hall you will require during the hire.
As part of the booking process you will be asked to agree to our conditions of hire and cancellation policy.
